Rose has triplets and I'm here to tell you, children have the ability to drive some of us into wanting rid of all the CHAOS.....am I right? Her journey started with eliminating their towels to 2 per family member and it went from there. Rose has so many tips and tricks to get rid of all the things that cause us to feel overwhelmed.

Episode 38: Be an ADVOCATE for your Health with Erica Thompson.
What if you were feeling things you had never felt before in your body? What if you were having migraines 5 times per week, and thought that was normal? What if you walked into a store and couldn't remember how to get out? What if you were too tired to function? Would you believe in your heart of hearts that you were losing your mind? That you had something very wrong with you?
What if you kept getting tests done that showed nothing? Blood work comes back clean. MRI scans of your brain show nothing. Would you keep searching for answers? Or would you just accept life as it is?
Erica experienced these things and more and has refused to give up. She knows she was made for a purpose. She knows that the Lord is going to use these mountains to create a testimony that will help others, when they don't see the light at the end of their tunnel. Erica continues to be an advocate for her physical and mental health and is on a path towards finding some answers. She knows that with each step forward and with each trial and error, she is in a battle for the Lord, so she refuses to give up hope in her pursuit for answers.
Erica is a wife, a mommy of three, a school counselor and a follower of Christ and one of my best friends.

Who remembers the Friends episode where they are trying to get a large couch up a stairwell and it doesn't fit? Good ole Ross yells,"Pivot, Pivot, Pivot!"
Life is just like this episode. Katie and I are pivoters. We are ok with pivoting. We have done it most of our adult lives. So many of you that are listening don't want to pivot. You don't like change. You get nervous about the obstacles that might arise, the moment you decide it's time to PIVOT.
We are here to tell you to embrace the pivot. God has created you for a PURPOSE. Sometimes, in order to see your purpose, you must first PIVOT.

Episode 34: Technology & Social Media. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Katie and I are from a generation that included cassette tapes and MTV videos. The internet didn't become a THING until college. It's crazy where technology has taken us and it's unreal to think of where it will be when our children become our age. What we both know is that technology is amazing and it's the worst thing ever, all at once. We need to figure out how to create that perfect balance. Because let's face it, it's not going anywhere....in fact it's going to keep evolving and we are going to need to keep adapting.
Listen in as we discuss our struggles and our triumphs with all things tech!!! And please share your thoughts on the matter. We would love to incur some friendly banter with this one.

Her role is now Mommy of 3 and foster mommy.
Join us as we get to hear all the events leading up to each foster placement and how the Lord has been preparing Kristy for this PURPOSE her whole life. Also, learn how Katie and Kristy have joined forces to lend support to foster families and how you can help too.
Episode 33 (Part 1): Blessed to be MOMMY, with Missy Burkhardt.
No matter how you shake it, being called Mommy is a blessing. We never really know how it will all turn out when we are dreaming about becoming a mom. I'd say for most, the dream begins with a wedding, followed by a pregnancy and a delivery, and ultimately, motherhood. Right?
That's just how our friend Missy pictured it would be.
Never in our wildest dreams do we think of the obstacles that oftentimes come into play when wanting to start a family. Like, how challenging it is for so many to conceive a child. It's a true reality for many couples. This reality, however, leads to a whole different kind of blessing. The blessing of redirecting your purpose. The blessing of looking at, perhaps, a totally different way of bringing a baby into your life. And suddenly, you become a Mommy to a child who needs you, just as much as you needed them. You have the honor and the privilege of being blessed by adoption. Join us, as we have the privilege of hearing our friend Missy's beautiful love story of how her family began.
Episode 32: Answer the Call with Rebecca Christopherson
Has God called you to do something, but the fear of FAILURE gets in the way? Listen in as our friend Rebecca shares about that nudge that just would not stop. When the timing was off and her world was surrounded by raising her 5 babies....that nudge persisted! Are you experiencing this? Do you understand the nagging of the nudge? Rebecca's journey is sweet. It has become her ministry. And her success comes from answering a very direct order from the man above. This interview will speak to you. It spoke directly to Katie and I and we are thrilled to have the opportunity we have been given to share the birth story of Pressed and Blessed Clothing Co.

Episode 31 (part 2): More alike than Different with Abby Arnett.
Fussy babies. Babies that don't want to sleep. Babies that don't want to latch on while breast feeding. Babies that meet milestones just a little behind schedule.....These are all very typical things that many parents can experience. They aren't always a warning sign. They are often times seen as normal. But Abby wasn't convinced. After being referred to several different specialists, looking for answers as to why Ashley wasn't meeting milestones......they came upon a diagnosis of Williams Syndrome.
Listen in as Abby explains her experience with her blossoming 10 year old. Yes, there are challenges, but Abby knows that the sky's the limit for Ashley. Ashley is a thriving 10 year old who is a gymnast in the Special Olympics. She's a social butterfly. And she has a very detailed love for cars. A total package of blessings.
